For everyone who attends any of our courses we are offering a 10 - 15 % discount on boat charter (depending on the season). Also, for those who finish our Intensive Course there will be 10 % discount on any other course/training by NAS Sailing Center.

Who are sailing courses for?
Sailing courses and trainings are adapted to different levels of prior knowledge. (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
We also conduct the practical part of the preparation for taking the YMAS category A and Boatmaster category C exams, and additional theoretical preparations for the boatmaster category B exam.
What is taught in sailing courses?
Depending on the course, they learn and practice:
- Basic features and sailing terminology
- Getting to know a sailboat
- Basics of Safety at sea
- Basics of sailing, wind roses
- Meteorology basics
- Boating knots
- How to use safety equipment
- Sailing on a defined course
- Turning windward and leeward
- Avoiding collisions
- Skipper reaction in high-risk situations
- Learning each position on board – skipper, trim of mainsail, jib and genoa, anchoring, docking
- Maneuvering in and out of the port/marina
- Maneuvering – docking
- Anchoring – choosing the right position and performing anchoring
- Bow/stern, port and starboard side berthing
